Local Liberal Democrats have today launched their plan for the West Northamptonshire Council elections on Thursday 6th May.
"We are determined to make a success of the new council" said local campaigner Andrew Simpson, who is also one of the party's candidates in the Braunston & Crick ward. "These elections offer the chance to break from past failures and build a new council that is closer to the people it serves and where quality local services are a priority. We can see the Conservatives failure all around us from broken roads through to lost bus services and libraries thretened with closure. If the Pandemic has taught us anything it is the importance of good public services that benefit local communities.
