Stewart's Biography

Biography:

Stewart Tolley has lived in South Northamptonshire since 2014 and has served on Old Stratford Parish Council. He holds a doctorate in history and works visiting schools and colleges to encourage young people to consider university as well as teaching people coming back into education later in life at the University of Oxford. Stewart is passionate about education and skills for everyone no matter their age.

Stewart wants to build on his experience in local government and fight for better services for everyone in South Northamptonshire as well as protecting our precious countryside from overdevelopment in places like Towcester, Brackley and Deanshanger. He has seen how the government’s disastrous Brexit deal has damaged many farmers and how river pollution has affected the local environment. Stewart brings the positive Lib Dem message of a fair deal for everyone to the doorstep saying, ‘I look forward to the opportunity to fight for these issues and become a local champion for the constituency in Westminster.’

Every little thing you can do will help us in our campaign, so if you could deliver a few leaflets to your street or will display a window poster or garden stakeboard please let us know. Thank you
