West Northamptonshire Council is introducing a pre-booking system for its Household Waste Recycling Centres. We are concerned that there has been no consultation or local piloting, are worried about potential increases in fly-tipping and how accessible and easy to book this approach will be. Please sign our petition to call for proper consultation and a piloting scheme.
